If for some reason you are dissatisfied with any portion of your order, please contact us at or through our contact form immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) so that we can assist.

All orders being returned for a refund will incur a 25% processing and restocking fee. We are always available to assist through our website chat if you have any questions before placing your order.

All items being returned for an exchange must be 100% unused and in re-sellable condition. They may be subject to return shipping charges. Please take extra care when ordering your item to insure that you are choosing the correct size. All international orders shipped outside of the continental United States are final and not eligible for a refund.

For domestic customers, if you need to exchange an item that was incorrectly ordered, will pay for the return shipping (USPS First Class Mail only) once the customer has sent the item back at their expense. 

All refunds (for domestic orders) are processed within 48 hours of the returned merchandise being received / inspected. If for any reason there is an issue with your returned merchandise, you will also be contacted us immediately.

Please note that you must notify us PRIOR to using any products, that you plan to return or exchange, or they will be deemed unfit for return or exchange. You have up to 30 days (from the date of delivery) to return / exchange any items assuming they have not been used or damaged.

If you received an item that you feel was damaged in shipping, you must notify us with 24 hrs of delivery receipt, and the item must show no sign of use or improper customer handling. We take great care to ensure that all products are shipped with abundant packaging material and all items are checked for quality control before they leave our facility.

DabFarm LLC will only provide prepaid postage for return items that were received damaged or fulfilled incorrectly. Any orders returned for a refund will only be refunded the value of the items minus the shipping cost paid (unless there was an error in fulfillment made by DabFarm LLC).
