If for some reason you are dissatisfied with any portion of your order, please contact us at email@example.com or by phone at (424)-666-1924 immediately (within 24 hours of receipt) so that we can process an exchange, refund or set you up with a store credit code for the full amount of your item.
All refunds are processed within 24-48 hours of the returned merchandise being received / inspected. If for any reason there is an issue with your returned merchandise, you will also be contacted us immediately.
Please note that you must notify us PRIOR to using any products, that you plan to return or exchange, or they will be deemed unfit for return or exchange. You have up to 30 days to return / exchange any items assuming they have not been used or damaged.
If you received an item that you feel was damaged in shipping, you must notify us with 24-48 hrs of receipt and the item must show no sign of use or improper customer handling. We take great care to ensure that all products are shipped with abundant packaging material and all items are checked for quality control before they leave our facility.
